IE doesn't like the new code signing cert

Argh, MSIE doesn't like the new digital certificate I got.  I've put
back the old xwt-0281.cab until I can work this out.

Does anybody know offhand if Microsoft requires the CN and O fields to
be identical?

The only difference (diffing the post-signing-process CAB files) is
that my new cert has a different CN (CommonName) and serial number.
Otherwise the signed cabs are byte-for-byte identical (signature,
hash, and encrypted hash included; the new cert shares a private key
with the old one).

I'm going to ask thawte to reissue my cert with the old CN.
