Nitrogen RC1 Release Date

Nitrogen RC1 will be released when....

You'll notice that this bug depends on several other bugs; these are
the bugs that need to be closed in order to have a workable release
candidate.

In the future I'll be maintaining "bug graphs" like this for all the
releases.  Open source projects *never* hit announced release dates,
so it's sort of silly to talk about releases in terms of
days/weeks/months.  But it *does* make sense to talk about them in
terms of bugs.

So, RC1 will be out as soon as those bugs close ;)
