http server problem @ darcs.ibex.org

I've been trying to figure out why I can't pull or get succesfully from 
http://darcs.ibex.org/ibex.

I finally tried getting it via wget, and I'm seeing lots of "error 304 
not modified" messages, even on files that I don't have already. I can 
only interpret that as a problem with the web server itself. There are a 
few reports of the resin cache engine having this problem, but it was 
unclear which version might have fixed it
