Yep, I'm having some problems too.

I grabbed the current repo from xwt.org via ssh and have put it up at:

http://www.zentus.com/repo/ibex

I'm also going to keep tarballs in the parent 'repo' directory.

Note: have yet to test pulling from this, but it's running on Apache 
1.3.
