Template Names/Line numbers in errors

Before anyone does too much work adding template names/line numbers to 
error messages give me a chance to try to resurrect my JS backtrace 
stuff. That really is a much cleaner way of adding template names and 
lines numbers to error messages. I'll try to do this this weekend.
