spring break

Okay, I'm going out of town until Wednesday; I'm going to finish
updating the reference while I'm gone.  I'll isolate the "meaningful"
changes to a single darcs patch and put all the typos/reformatting in
other patches.  That way I can just point 'yall to a single patch to
read to bring your brains up to date.  I think this should be the last
round of changes to the reference.  It's mainly just going to
formalize stuff we've already done.
