David,

All valid points if I was complaining about Adam not fixing particular
issues but I wasn't; I was lamenting the fact that if Adam spent 10
minutes a day checking his Ibex inbox it might not grow so much and
other people would be able to pick up on issues more easily if they had
decent feedback.

I don't expect Adam to be fixing problems to order or working insanely
on Ibex (although he often does) and that's not what I said either.
Myself and others have been happily fixing problems - or at least
attempting to. ;)

I, and I'm sure everybody else, fully respect Adam has many time and
financial commitments and would be unreasonable and naive to suggest
Ibex should be his number one priority.

But the difference between that and a few minutes a day is immense. For
example, he _still_ has a patch in his tree that, as Tupshin and myself
have pointed out about 5-7 times, completely breaks rendering. Whilst
that's not a big thing for myself or others in the loop with our custom
builds, what does it say to people looking at Ibex as a platform only to
find the latest 'official' version is horribly broken. (The irony is
that said patch was for a terribly trivial bug.)

Ack, this is sounding bitchy and it shouldn't be. I apologise for the
previous grumpy email Adam - I was very hungover ;) - although I hope
you realise it is slightly justified. I had no intention of stirring
bad feelings. Mouth shutting... soon... almost... now.
