Equivalent of absolute

I assumed this would be 'packed=false'.  But it's not, or at least it's
not in the current implementation.

If I do a large box with packed=false, the parent will resize to
accomodate the box, which is obviously undesirable!  Or is it?  How is
it intended to do clipped boxes in Ibex?
