Actually the rulers were set to the length of the image, but now you mention
it I may as well make the span the available space... plus I fixed almost
all the bug in the scrollpane last night.  I'll upload a new version at the
end of the day.

Looks suave. Just a few notes:

- The radiobuttons and checkboxes are pretty big

- The rulers stop at the end of the image instead of the canvas

- If the canvas is bigger than the image, and the scrolbarrs are set to
  show, the image 'travels with' the scrollbar instead of 'travels
  against'.
