Signing will probably be an issue you can't immediately overcome. Great to see you're on it. While you're at it: I would greatly appreciate it if the shoehorn would become available in CVS, and a description of how to sign the binaries (those that need signing anyhow). The demo that I will give will very likely be on a sectioned off piece of our network, so access to the launcher and xmlrpc.xwt.org won't be possible.
