I'm not sure how much network access I'll have tomorrow, so if 027a is
deemed usable, somebody with www_commit access should go ahead and point
dolaunch.jsp at 027a.

Also, David, you should either pick somebody to be in charge of making
sure the demos work and look cool (from an xwar perspective) or else
do it yourself (I'm assuming the former is more likely).  Odds are
that imap.xwt.org won't be coming back, so we should "fake" the
back-end mailboxes.
