Widget is a shorter word than standard. This is good. :-)

However, a theme implementation has to override things both in widget 
and theme. So I still think we'd need:

xwt.widget
xwt.widget.impl
xwt.lib

I suppose you could call impl -> theme, but it's not entirely correct. 
The stuff in impl is the functioning meat of the things complicated 
enough to have meat, and the stuff that just isn't a widget (like 
scrollbar).
