I was taking the perspective that really simple things which don't have 
a need for being split could be stored solely in the root namespace. 
Like scrollpane. It would not have theme.scrollpane.

However, if you're actually looking at splitting the roots apart, then 
I'm up for having everything in theme, and preapply it across to 
widget. In fact, I like it quite a lot.
