It would have been a lot less frustrating had you dropped the occasional
'working on X' or 'not going to be finished before Y'. As bad as it was
(is, in fact, see below) to not having the demos working, it was worse
for me not knowing what to expect. I can't make a planning based on
'hope Adam gets around to it'; I *can* make a planning based on 'will
re-evaluate after ...'.
