I honestly don't see this. There are a few packages, yes. A beginner is 
going to want to know what package to start in. The docs tell them to 
go to xwt.widget.

xwt.widget will have everything they need for a long time, in a clean 
directory. It's no more confusing than if a beginner stumbles into 
xwt.widget.theme.

I just don't see it as an argument against the toplevel namespaces. The 
toplevel does have another advantage in making sure our themes are well 
separated. It's going to require some initial thought to make sure we 
have all the functionality where we can override it (xwt.theme), but it 
can be done.
