Okay, now we're moving stuff out of xwt.standard (that's the consensus), I
have nothing against xwt.standard being a basic theme.

I didn't like mixing up a theme and the core widget code.

The xwt.standard theme shouldn't be ugly either, that's pointless.  It
should be overly simple, though, something like the default gtk2.  That's
kinda the way I'm heading with simple... I can move that to xwt.standard if
people wish, after we move the widget code out of there.
