focusable definitely has to be themable, I'm just not sure if it's 
being debated here.

focusable contains the Tab/Shift+Tab definition for moving between 
focusable objects. This alone requires theming of focusable.

There is a lot of shared code, so we do need xwt.lib.focusable, but 
we've always had one.
