I don't think we should vote on this one. This is more than just a 
widget library decision, it's more in the XWT Philosophy department. As 
such, I'd prefer to leave it to Adam.

My preference is still no plurals.

This is a little vague to me. There are all sorts of things in 
xwt.theme.

Which of the following are widgets?
- tab
- bevel
- treeleaf
- cell
- bar
- scrollbar

So option (b) would give us:
- xwt.theme
- xwt.widget
- xwt.lib
- xwt.standard

I need to think about this one more too. I still like the idea of a 
simple implementation, so I'm leaning towards (c). On the condition (c) 
is the way I described earlier, which creates no code redundancy.

I really like xwt.lib, xwt.theme, xwt.widget. I think this one's on the 
border between widget code and XWT Philosophy, but without a doubt I 
think the structure imposed by the three namespaces and the fact only 
one of them can be overlayed is too good to miss.
