This gets my stamp of approval too.  Charlie++ and David++ for taking the time 
to argue this through.  

Adam gets his simple/ugly theme by default (hopefully it's not too ugly, 
www.mixdown.ca/~xwt/standard/ has what I am hoping Charlie'll make the 
standard theme be)

David gets rid of the complexity/depth of the current cvs.mixdown widget set

Charlie gets the widget library cut apart from a simple theme (which I feel is 
_very_ important as well)

Rod gets to look at my beard some more (until the end of April anyway)

I, along with the rest of the world, gets a stable, flexible, robust widget 
set.

I know David's out until tonight (my time) but what about the rest of all you 
lurkers.  Brian?  Corey?  Matt?  You don't have to be a widget expert to 
comment on this, but it helps.  :-)
