Let me expand a little on this.

if the engine starts running the main thread without having encountered an 
xwt.theme() or xwt.overlay() call, print a warning to the log.  Don't bomb 
out, but give the author some clue that something's wrong.

Just the same as the informational messages about proxy detection or engine 
build...
