Not really... I don't like the invertedness of it.  I prefer the parent-dir
preapplies sub-dir approach (xwt.standard <> xwt.standard.lib kinda
relationship).  It's just more logical.

Andrew and Rod gave their seal of approval to the proposed layout:
xwt.standard // standard theme to overlay/theme
xwt.widget // all the preapplies and general usage docs
xwt.theme[.abstract] // theme implementation docs / code
xwt.lib[.abstract] // the lib code

It seems every time that we agree a dir structure you want to change it
though. :/  What is wrong with the above?
