Yeah, what I'm thinking is xwt.theme is a theme, but it's not really a 
usable theme. The behavior templates are designed for reuse, but the 
buttons are not really designed to be reused. In fact, all the Abstract 
Widgets will be replaced by a separate theme, but there won't really be 
any redundant code in them. It'll all be in the xwt.lib implementation.

The only part of xwt.theme I'd expect not to be overlayed are the 
Behavior templates.
