Good point.  Yes, that certainly is a problem.

Yeah, we should really table this issue until later.  For now, there
will be no "default theme" of any sort, nor will there be code in
xwt.theme.*.  We'll come back to this issue later after we've all had
more experience wrestling with this thing.
