macromedia meeting

I just got back from Macromedia.  Things went very well.  It looks
like they'll back me up on an RFC for a header to tell http proxies
"reject this request if the target server isn't public".

I'll post a draft of the RFC and a new signed build implementing the
protocol sometime this weekend.
