Looks good so far Emile...  the edit boxes seem to be bevelled the wrong way 
for a "standard" look but you had mentioned before that your company has a 
very specific theme to work with.

That happens with the odd app of mine too.  I've asked a few times but I 
don't recall getting a definite answer.  It seems to vary with engine too.
