Compiling the beast

I am having problems compiling xwt. I love the gcc/Makefile
that retrieves and compiles everything that is required
including gcj. Unfortunately I'm behind a firewall so while
the curl utility works a charm, the cvs accesses for gcc
fails. I'm trying to work out a solution to cvs through the
firewall but I'm not holding my breath. Is there any chance
anyone providing this snapshot as an archive so I can use
curl????
