Sorry guys, I used an outdated version of the FSF's assignment
paperwork.  I have added an extra sentence to make it absolutely clear
that if you submit a modification, you are free to relicense the stuff
you wrote to anybody else under any terms you like.  Diff below.

This additional provision will be in the assignment for anybody who
signs it in the future.  If you have already turned in the assignment,
you have the choice to accept this modification or continue under the
agreement in its previous form (don't know why you'd want to do that,
but you have the option, of course...).
