Hey, I'm thinking of reorganizing the mailing lists (yet again)
because I can't keep up with dev.

Proposal:

   announce - stays the same
   dev      - goes away, name is too vague, everything seems to wind up here
   core     - discussing modifications to the core
   widgets  - discussing modifications to the widget library
   users    - everything else, including "why doesn't this work?!!?"
