Sorry about this... I will try to get to it tomorrow.

Also, what do you think about putting together a "quick start kit"
with the intranet launcher, latest shoehorn.jar and
xwt-$CURRENT.{exe,linux,darwin,jar}, the Apache XML-RPC-for-Java
library with a dummy XML-RPC handler, and a sample xwar?  This way
people can download the tarball, unpack it, and then just start
"filling in the blanks".

Ideally this quick start kit tarball would be rebuilt every time a new
build is pushed, so we'd need a script that builds the kit.
