Congratulations, you've gotten gcc to crash.  This is a gcj bug;
you'll have to talk to them ;)

Incidentally, are you sure you're using the 08-Apr-2003 gcj 3.3
branch?  Try 'rm -rf' ing xwt/gcc/src and re download/build-ing it.
