Introduction to XWT

I have started writing a thorough introduction to XWT for the
uninitiated, in an attempt to ease the initial understanding of what XWT
is and how to use it.

Coming from a live Q&A existence on irc, there are a lot of common
questions and the intention of this document is to address these common
questions and basically be a starting point for the budding XWT
developer.

If you are interested in helping the development of this document, it is

and via CVS.

It is still in raw xml format.  The XML format is borrowed from Gentoo
whose docs are both pretty and well written.  Here is the guide to using
the format: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/xml-guide.xml

In a discussion (last weeks H3, if I remember quickly) we arrived at the
conclusion that the Gentoo doc format was the best way forward with the
reference (despite Adam's objections to moving away from the legacy
HTML).  I'm writing a few initial documents as a testbed for this
theory.  The format can be exported to DocBook, LateX and XHTML.

You'll notice that the document is not actually 'HTML formatted' yet,
that's still on the to do list.  The priority at the moment is to write
it and then I'll make it purty.
