Thoughts?  Based on recent threads, I think this might be more
appropriate.  I find myself crossposting a lot of stuff to users since
it's technically relevant to peopel using xwt.  At the same time it's
kinda dumb to have a thread on two lists at once.  I'm trying to make
the set of topics relevant to each list mutually exclusive to avoid
this.
