Well, no, I can't see how to do it.

But I did find some options in the mailman docs:

  o  Posts must have list named in destination (to, cc) field (or be
     among the acceptable alias names, specified below)

  o  Ceiling on acceptable number of recipients for a posting

That might help a little bit.
