We are all volunteers.  Any model that requires an unreasonable 
investment of time is just not going to happen.

I thinking that making the list subscriber only and having an online 
forum for those uber lazy people might be an option when XWT is more 
popular.

Forums are quire a successful point of entry for casual users - take 
Gentoo as an example.
