xwt.widgets.abstract

David mentioned the removal of the xwt.widget.abstract dir because many of
the templates there are simple preapplies from xwt.theme and not much
more.

Personally, I'm tempted to keep them because it offers a starting point
for somebody to create a custom widget.  But I'm also inclinded to agree
with David in that if they're only preapplying themselves, they can be
documented in xwt.theme anyway and in my mind that's a cleaner approach.

Does anybody have a view on this?
