Re: combo, pulldown, select, option?

In the spirit of the 'no-nonsense' naming convention we agreed on, it'd be
'combo' and not 'combobox'.  Thing is, the author, Rod, prefers dropdown.
Dropdown makes a bit more sense than pulldown (after all, it 'drops' down,
you don't 'pull it' down) and is 'intuitively named' like Andrew just
mentioned as being important.

Given that the textfield part can be editable, I think combobox is most
appropriate. HTMLs 'select' truly isn't a combobox; it's never editable.
