Upcoming 0.5 demo

For all those interested, the 0.5 widget set (due on Friday) will be the
last released against the Lithium core.

Nitrogen is due to deprecate Lithium.

The intention of the widgets is that they themselves will not be
changing from a usage perspective.  Anything written against the 0.5
release of the widgets will work against the 0.6 release.

However, all support and development of the widgets for the Lithium core
will be dropped and future releases (0.6 and beyond) are expected not to
work with the Lithium core.

Any upcoming documentation will also be aimed at Nitrogen, although that
will be a case of simply omitting references to Lithium that are no
longer supported in Nitrogen - eg the properties border and sizetoimage,
and the fonts (which will SVG TTF in Nitrogen).
