RFC: Rename monopoly to win (was: monopoly namespace)

In order to be generic and not infringe on trademarks, I propose we 
rename the monopoly tree 'win' as the parent folder of the various 
Windows-based themes.

It is short, easily recognisable, and simple.  It also is more forward 
thinking than Win32 - Win64 (Longhorn!), Win128 anybody?

Final call - it's 'win', 'win32', or 'w32'.  The choice, to me, is obvious.
