State of Niwi 1

Okay, the next milestone for the widgets is 0.6, aka Niwi.

1) Nitrogenise the widgets
2) Get monopoly completely working, including table
3) Make sure we're happy with the namespace and all the widgets

Nitrogen is closing in on being stable.  Once Nitrogen and the widgets 
go out in the open, they will be the de facto XWT standard and in use by 
a lot of people.  Therefore, they can't be changing much once this has 
happened.  All the changes need to really happen now!

I've gotten the -ables into the niwi module in cvs.  They're mostly 
Nitrogenised, but need some work and are untested.  I'll be doing that 
all next week as I get the monopoly theme imported into cvs.

I'll be working the sampler in conjunction with the monopoly theme.

There is a new module in cvs called 'apps'.  It's currently empty.  I 
need a volunteer to unempty it.

The following app ideas are a starting point:

  o  Rehash the tictactoe and chess demos

  o  Something that uses the Google / Amazon web services that are
     freely available

  o  Something to showcase SVG - a .svg loader?

  o  A new mail client - fairly non-trivial and on my longterm todo

Any help would be really appreciated.  I'm hoping that David will become 
more active (and his email to [email protected] has increased that sense 
of hope somewhat) and help out especially with the text widgets, now 
that the XWT font system has been overhauled.

I'll keep y'all regularly updated.
