Further discussion and Andrew's revelation that 'radiable' meant nothing 
to him and a general consensus that 'radioable' wasn't overly nice since 
it had 'radio' in there and that's a widget, lead to the point that out 
of all the suggestions 'electable' was the only one that instantly 
conveys the correct meaning - since you can only elect to have one selected.

The fact that this is not an election is besides the point, the meaning 
of the verb 'elect' also is one of choice.  You choose/elect to do 
something.  But elect implies you choose only one.

Thoughts?  Objections?
