State of the widget audit

I'm now focusing work on grid and tabpane.  I will be doing some
concentrated work over the next 2 days (Tuesday, Wednesday) in order to
especially get a rewrite of tabpane out the door.

Once tabpane is working, that leaves just table, menu, and the layout of
text (as text, label, and textarea) to deal with.

It's a matter of weeks now. :)  A lot of work has been done by myself, Rod
and Andrew over the last 3-4 months.  Hopefully the benefits will be
evident.
