Nah; the three-birds thing means that every child of <ibex> is a
template to be applied:

<ibex>
   <focusable/>
   <clickable/>
   <box>
       // stuff
   </box>
   <redirect/>
</ibex>

... so the only exception is the meta:foo namespace.
