border and redirect, not -ables

My intentions with border and redirect are to do them as ibex/widget as
opposed to ibex/theme -ables.  They are basically generally useful
contructs that I can see people using in fairly normal applications and
not behavioural templates.  Ergo they're called 'border' and 'redirect'
instead of 'borderable' and 'redirectable'.

Actually, given that 'border' might follow basic css border/margin/pad
rules, I'm unsure whether that is a suitable name but cannot think of
anything better.
