Automatic widget documentation

Corey was working on this a while ago, but I'm unsure as to where he is
and whether he'll be continuing it.

Has anybody else got any ideas for automatically documenting the
widgets?

XSL might work for us here if we can get it to hit/analyse comments (for
documenting functions).  The useful thing about this is that we could do
some really funky things with regards to visually representing box
structure; map each box to a layer or table-cell which can be coloured
according to namespace and have labelled with it's tag-name / id.

Perhaps a combination of XSL for the XML and another form of automatic
documentation would be a funky combination.

It is _imperative_ that we address this before 1.0 final some-time this
summer (or later in the year).
