Tangible Progress!

There's a lot more to that than you might think, although there are
still a couple of problems with it.

Broken out due to Core bugs:

ibex.lib.focusable
         focusmanager

Currently problems:

* Radios do not select properly due to a property (selected)
  mysteriously refusing to be set to true.

* Buttons are messed-up, pressing them results in some form
  of fit; this is suspected to be due to core bug 496.  There
  are other problematic symptons but they are difficult to
  isolate until Core is fixed for the mentioned sympton.
