One of the points of creating the demo will be to test the widgets as they
are finished. :)

Here's a mini to-do:

Bug-fix:
* cardpane
* dropdown
* text

complete:
* tabpane (almost there)
* grid/row/col
* splitpane
* draggable

rewrite:
* table
* menu/menuitem
* popup (will be a super-class of tooltip, menu, dropdown)
* tooltip
