Info on tabpane / other stuff

The new tabpane is almost finished... a few quirks need to be ironed out. 
Only the dragging of tabs won't be in there for now - multitier tabs and
scrolling tabs will be.

Sadly, I have an opportunity to do that this weekend.  I say 'sadly'
because I was supposed to be spending it with my son but my car insurance
has been revoked.  Damn bank put a black mark on my account for direct
debits without notifying me (and without sufficient reason I might add)
and hence it did not get paid.  Not wishing to risk being jailed for
driving without insurance, nor wishing to put him twice through a 3 hour
train journey I'll have to stay at home this weekend.

How much does that suck?

Anyway, somebody at the bank is gonna get a dressing down tomorrow.  If
only I lived in the US... I'd sue.

Back to the point, on Monday I plan to post a demo of all the new working
widgets and a status report on exactly what needs doing on the other
widgets.  Believe it or not, I have real work to do so I'll be fairly
blunt about what needs doing and what my priorities will be in that status
report.
