Developers forum only authenticated

Hi all,

We are thinking of only allowing authenticated access to the developers forum. Registering at SF
is free, and in our opinion, People working *on* jbpm should not have a problem with this. People
working *with* jbpm should use the users forum and that will still be anonymous, although we'd
appreciate it much if we know who you are, so at least put your name under a message.

If anyone has objections to this, please let us know.
