pulseaudio-qt 1.6.1

Hi,

pulseaudio-qt 1.6.1 is now available. It is a bugfix release that is API
and ABI compatible with 1.6.0.

pulseaudio-qt is a Qt-style wrapper around libpulse, used by plasma-pa
and KDE Connect.
