Plasma 6.2 beta is available for packaging and including in unstable repos.

This includes snap-kcm, although it won't get included in the final release.

It includes Spectacle moved from KDE Gear to allow for greater integration
with KWin.  There will be overlap in stable releases while KDE Gear
continues to make releases, distros can include whatever version they think
best.

xdg-desktop-portal-kde has a post release update which is in the same
location.

This depends on Qt 6.7 but we recommend using Qt 6.8 (unfortinately our
internal CI is still using Qt 6.7).
